1. What should I do if AD800BT cannot be turned on after a long period of non-use?
The device battery may have undergone deep discharge, causing it to enter a low-power protection state. In this case, the battery's self-protection mechanism needs to be unlocked. The following solutions are available:
1) Use the original charger to charge the device for at least 2 hours, and then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds without releasing it. If the issue persists, please try solution 2.
2) Charge the device for 3 minutes and then reinsert the charger. Continue charging for 5 minutes. If the charging logo appears, the battery will be activated. (This method usually works for currents exceeding 100mA.) . If the issue persists, please try solution 3.
3) Disassemble the device. After disassembly, charge it for approximately 2 minutes, then remove the battery. At this time, the machine will continue to restart. Plug the battery back in during the moment it just lights up (when the current reaches over 300mA), indicating success. After about three minutes, the charging logo will appear and the battery will be activated.
3. How should I do if the device prompts limited memory capacity?

a. click the settings in the upper right corner > clear data > Diagnostic Software Clear, select unused car models to delete.
b. enter Photo Album and Screen Recorder to delete unwanted images and videos.

c. Move the picture to ArtiDiag800 BT> Internal shared storage >Pictures.

Plz check the following information:
1) the Autovin function requires a stable network to load data from the server, so you could also switch to another wifi or use a hotspot to test the function.
2) in addition, there are some vehicles year before 2010 may not have VIN info stored on the server, thus the device cannot load the VIN automatically. Please send the vehicle model, year and VIN to support@topdon.com to confirm.
3) If the device doesn't support to auto-read the vehicle VIN, please enter Scan > select vehicle software > manually select your vehicle model, year to diagnose.
7. The device prompts "signature verification failed" when entering Service functions.
This message indicates a network error when accessing online functions. It is recommended to exit and then retry the function. If the issue persists, please submit diagnostic logs.
