Q1: What is the difference between Phoenix Max and Phoenix Remote?

Phoenix Max and Remote are similar on software configuration. 
Their differences include: 
1. Max supports add-on tools such as thermal imager TC001, Phoenix Scope, T-ninja Box, Battery tester. while Remote doesn't support  thermal imager TC001 and osciloscope.
2. Max MDCI Pro supports wifi and bluetooth communication, while Remote is line communication.
3. Max is ram 8G rom 256G, ANDROID 9.0;  Remote is ram 4G rom128G, android10.0.

Q2: What is the difference between Phoenix Elite and Phoenix Plus?

They don't have too much difference on hardware configuration.
As for software, the differences:
1. phoenix elite supports online programming of BMW, VW, Skoda, Seat, Hyundai, Kia,Nissan while phoeix plus doesn't. 
2. Elite can do online paramization and online calibration&matching of VAG vehicles.  
3. for online coding, elite supports Benz(SCN), BMW, VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Porsche while plus doesn't support Benz SCN coding.

1. Both support to unlock FCA security gateway(you need a FCA account first, the account can be get from third-party). 
2. both support add on tools such as T-Ninja box, battery tester, TC001 thermal imager, phoenix scope

Q3: What is the difference between Phoenix Smart and Phoenix Pro?

1. Phoenix pro is open system configuration, you can install third-party app on it, while Smart doesn't support.
2. Smart is Android 10.0 system, Rom 4G/Ram128G. Pro is Android 5.1, Rom 2G/Ram 64G, when diagnostic vehicles, smart will be faster. and it's MDCI support J2534  and CAN-FD protocol, while Pro doesn't support.
3. Smart support to subscribe HD softeware, while Pro doesn't support.

Q4: What is the difference between Phoenix Plus and Phoenix Lite?

Except the hardware differences, 
1. Phoenix Plus and Phoenix Lite both support common vehicle models full systems full function diagnostics, both of them don't support online programing. 
2. phoenix lite supports 28 service function while phoenix plus supports 41 service function. 
3. Phoenix plus has vehicle systems Topology map display while phoenix lite doesn't. 
4. Phoenix plus support to activate oscilloscope function(works with Phoenxi Scope) but lite doesn't have this function.

Q8: What is the difference between Artipad I/Phoenix Pro and Phoenix Remote?

In terms of  hardware, phoenix remote has has more memory capacity of RAM4G ROM128G, it has Android system 10.0.  
1. For disgnostic function and vehicle coverage list , Phoenix remote doesn't have much difference with Artipad I. But Remote has expand function of Heavy-duty vehicles. It supports diagnostic protocols of J2534/DoIP/CAN FD while ArtipadI doesn't.
2. Most importantly, Phoenix remote makes vehicle diagnostic without boundry. It has Remote Expert mode, you can  place an remote diagnostic order on the device(C side) when you're facing a diffcult problem, and the expert on B side will take the order and help you solve the problem.
