T-ninja Pro - FAQ

1. Can I still use the device after the 2-year software validity period expires?

No, you will need to renew to continue using it, but the EOBD software will still be available without paying.

2. When executing key programming to read IMMO data, the device prompts that the operation timed out?

This may be the IMMO data transmission issue. Please use a USB cable to connect the VCI and the tablet to establish wired transmission and try again.

3. Can I connect an HDMI cable for screencasting the device?

Yes, you can use HDMI cable to cast the screen.

4. How do I activate T-darts on T-ninja Pro?

T-darts software is already built into T-ninja Pro. No activation is required. It can be used after establishing a Bluetooth connection.

5. If the device is lost or stolen, can it be locked?

Please provide the device SN and purchase receipt to contact support@topdon.com to disable the device.

6. How to delete car model software on the device?

Please open the T-ninjaPro app, click Userinfo > Vehicle management >select the vehicle brands to delete.

7. What type of battery does T-darts use?

The device can be powered by the following methods: 
1) Can be powered by 4 AAA batteries. 
2) You can also use USB to connect T-ninja Pro to be powered by the USB port of the tablet. 
3) External power supply can also provide power

8. Does T-ninja Pro support special functions? What kind of special functions?

It's available to support 8 special functions, Oil Resets, Throttle Adaptations, EPB Resets, ABS Bleeding, Steering Angle Resets, DPF Regeneration, Airbag Resets, and BMS Resets.

9. Is it available to support  key programming for trucks?

The VCI operating voltage range of T-ninja Pro is 9-18V and does not support key programming for 24V trucks.
