1. How to upload diagnostic log on the scanner?

Backgroud:
When there is error/abnormal message pops up when performing diagnostic function, you are advised to upload the log, and then send your problem description and device SN to support@topdon.com, the engineer can analyze the log and advise.

2. How to activate ADAS software on the scanner?

Please follow the path:  ADAS icon > ADAS calibration > click OK to enter > click Activate on the bottom of the page > input the code(ADAS card) to activate

3. How to delete vehicle software on Phoenix Remote?

There are 2 methods to delete software: 
1. In Scan menu, long press the vehicle software you want to delete, click OK on the pop-up window to delete;
2. Follow this path: User info>Settings >diagnostic software clear> select the software to delete.

4. How to see when the software expires on the scanner?

Pease follow this path: click Upgrade > there will be expire data under each vehicle software.

6. Do Phoenix series scanners have Night eye protection mode and how to turn it on?

Yes, please follow this path to activate this mode: Userinfo > Settings > About, quickly and rapidly click the TOPDON logo to enter device settings > tap Set Night Light Schedule > turn on now.

7. Can I download third-party applications on Phoenix Pro?

Yes, Phoenix Pro supports to download other apps, you can enter Chrome to download the app or use USB cable to import the installation package.

8. How to review recorded data stream on Phoenix series scanners?

After recording the data stream, click Save, you will be able to edit the file name. Then enter History menu > select vehicle brand >select data stream file to playback.

9. How to quickly access the previously scanned vehicles?

Please follow this path: History > Diagnostic Record> Quick Access.

10. How to take screenshots, record the screen, and share the saved files?

11. How to set a screen lock on Phoenix series scanners?

Please refer to this operation path: Userinfo > Settings > quickly and continuously click on the TOPDON logo to enter the system settings > Security > Screen Lock.
