- Generally speaking, the files obtained from the server are suitable for this car model. The default is to select from top to bottom. Q12. Why doesn't the device read any fault codes when fault lights are on the dashboard?
- It is recommended to upload the diagnostic log and provide the picture of the fault light on the instrument panel for the engineer to analyze (special situation: the ABS light is on but the fault code cannot be read, the possible reason is poor grounding caused by a virtual connection of the ground wire. There is no fault in the actual system, and the ground needs to be checked line)

Q25. What is the difference between online coding and offline coding?
- The offline coding is common in VAG models. You need to obtain the coding value first (You can read the coding from the original ecu module, or read the coding of the same configuration vehicle, etc.), and then write it manually.
The online coding is to directly connect to the Internet to obtain the code from the server and then write it. There is no need to obtain the code yourself and write manually.
